When sleep takes over your nights, it starts to take over your life.
You dread bedtime because you don’t know how long it will take—or how many times your child will wake once you finally sit down. The evenings you used to have for yourself or with your partner have disappeared. You may even be sleeping in separate rooms just to get through the night.
You’ve tried changing the routine, responding differently, or waiting to see if it passes. But what worked before doesn’t work anymore. Everyone is exhausted and on edge, and you feel lost about what to try next.
What if sleep felt manageable again?
Imagine having an evening you can count on more often, and feeling less lost when your child wakes at night. In the morning, you’re not already running on empty. There’s more room for patience, connection, and enjoying your child during the day.
And when sleep gets disrupted, you have a clearer sense of what your child needs and what to do next.
A sleep plan built around your child and your family
Sleep doesn’t happen in isolation. We’ll look at your child’s needs, rhythms, and sensitivities, as well as your family dynamic and current sleep situation, to understand what may be making sleep difficult and what needs care.
Together, we’ll choose a sleep approach that feels right to you and works with your family’s daily life. You won’t be expected to follow one specific method or leave your child to cry if you’re not comfortable with that. We’ll adjust the plan as we learn more about your child and what works for your family.
This is a learning process for both of you. As your child develops new sleep habits, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of how to respond—so when life disrupts sleep, you have a way to find your footing again.
You don’t have to figure out your child’s sleep alone.
When you’ve tried everything you can think of, you may start to wonder if your child just isn’t a “good sleeper.” But struggling with sleep now doesn’t mean this is how it has to be.
I’m Dorit Shoshani, a certified pediatric sleep consultant. For over 20 years, I’ve helped families find their way through difficult nights by looking beyond bedtime to understand what their child needs.
I’ll guide you as you make changes that feel right for your family, answer questions as they come up, and help you build the confidence to respond when sleep gets disrupted again.
How we’ll work together
1. Start with a discovery call
Tell me what’s happening with your child’s sleep. I’ll listen, explain how I work, and answer your questions. If it feels like the right fit, we’ll schedule your consultation.
2. Get a plan for your family
In our consultation, we’ll talk about where sleep is now and what you’d like to change. I’ll create a step-by-step plan to help you get there, using a sleep approach you feel comfortable with.
3. Put your plan into practice with support
Over the following month, I’ll guide you as you make changes. Through our follow-up calls and WhatsApp support, we’ll talk through what’s working, address questions, and adjust the plan when needed.
