Day 1: Discovering a New Way Forward

In this session, you’ll begin to understand how the parent-child dynamic shapes sleep — and why certain patterns keep both parents and children stuck.
You’ll learn how small shifts in response can begin creating calmer, steadier nights.
Day 2: Craft Your RECIPE for Quiet Nights
Sleep often feels harder when the rhythm of the day becomes rushed, overstimulating, or unpredictable.
In this session, you’ll learn the RECIPE framework — a calm, intentional approach to evenings that supports regulation, connection, and more predictable sleep.
You’ll begin to understand why the feeling inside the routine matters just as much as the routine itself.
Day 3: Understanding Regulation and Sleep Associations
In this session, you’ll learn the difference between helping your child regulate and accidentally becoming the only way they know how to fall asleep.
You’ll begin to understand how sleep associations form — and how to support your child in building more confidence and steadiness around sleep.
Day 4: Reading Your Child’s Signals
Sleep struggles rarely exist in isolation.
In this session, you’ll learn how daily rhythms, nervous system regulation, and unmet needs shape sleep — and how to better understand what your child’s behavior may be communicating.
When parents begin to read those signals more clearly, they often feel calmer, more confident, and more able to respond in ways that truly help.

Hi, I’m Dorit Shoshani — a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant with more than 20 years of experience helping families move through sleep struggles with more clarity, calm, and confidence.
Over the years, I’ve worked alongside thousands of exhausted parents who felt stuck in long evenings, bedtime battles, and constant second-guessing. And I know how overwhelming it can feel when nothing seems to work.
But what I’ve learned through two decades of guiding families is this:
