Day 1: Discovering a New Way Forward

When bedtime feels turbulent, it’s easy to believe your child is the problem.
In this session, you’ll discover the parent–child dance — how your emotions, energy, and actions shape your child’s responses at bedtime.

You’ll identify the patterns that make sleep feel inconsistent, understand why your child wakes needing you again, and discover the small, gentle shifts that help both of you move toward a steadier sleep rhythm.

Day 2: Craft Your RECIPE for Quiet Nights

Sleep often feels difficult when the rhythm of the day is rushed, unpredictable, or overstimulating.

In this session, you’ll learn the RECIPE framework — a simple structure that helps transform your evening routine from a checklist into a calm, intentional wind-down rhythm that supports your child’s nervous system settling for sleep.

You’ll see how connection, presence, and predictability work together — and why the intention inside the routine matters as much as the steps themselves.

Day 3: Understanding Regulation and Sleep Associations

In this session, you’ll learn the important difference between soothing your child to calm and accidentally becoming the way they fall asleep.

You’ll identify the patterns that make sleep feel inconsistent, understand why your child wakes needing you again, and discover the small, gentle shift that helps your child begin building confidence to continue sleeping on their own.

Day 4: Reading Your Child’s Signals

Sleep challenges rarely exist in isolation.

They are often signals that something in your child’s daily rhythm or nervous system is out of balance.

In this final session, you’ll learn how to recognize the five key regulators that shape your child’s sleep — and how to read what your child is communicating through their behavior.

When you begin to see these signals clearly, you’ll know what to respond to, what to adjust, and how to support your child in a way that actually helps.

Hi, I’m Dorit Shoshani — a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant with more than 20 years of experience helping families move through sleep struggles with more clarity, calm, and confidence.

Over the years, I’ve worked alongside thousands of exhausted parents who felt stuck in long evenings, bedtime battles, and constant second-guessing. And I know how overwhelming it can feel when nothing seems to work.
